Magpie's Treasure at Foyles 5th Anniversary

It's 5
years since Foyles opened their doors at the Southbank Centre in London and on Saturday I'll be there with Magpie's Treasure to help them celebrate!

Come along and say hello between 12 and 12.30 for some sparkly, treasure-filled fun with Magnus!

I've just come back from a wonderful week in the beautiful West Highlands of Scotland. It was even sunny enough to lure me into the freezing sea! Here I am with my sketchpad, on a rock. In a Loch. Unfortunately I was then lured off the rock to look at a fish, and fell in.

Fantastic! Love the casual rock-top lounging, by the way.

I thought you were a mermaid at first glance - brave girl!

Haha thanks, the water was quite shallow really. We saw seals really close to the shore too!

I bet you're the most glamourous thing that rocks seen in months!

Oh so glam - after doing an impression of a seal for a photograph, I climbed off the rock, slipped on a stone and arose from the loch covered in black seaweed gunge.
